Quick Time and Flash Tours (360º)
A virtual reality tour is a fully circular panoramic image offering a
visual experience not possible with
regular photos. 360º
VR lets you view a scene, such as a room or an outdoor vista, from a
central vantage point ... outward in all directions. The panorama can be
panned left or right in a complete 360 degree circle ... allowing you to
view the scene as if you were standing in the center of the panorama.
360º
VR panoramas are viewed by pressing the mouse button down over the image
and dragging in the direction you want to see. You can zoom in on parts of
the image by clicking the zoom button or by using your computer keyboard.
The most common method of creating 360º
VR panoramas is to capture a series of images around a single point of
rotation. The images are then digitized and stitched together using
special computer software to create an ultra wide panoramic image.
The resulting 360 degree wide image is then wrapped around a virtual
cylinder. The viewer's vantage point is from the inside center of the
circular image.
It is now also possible to capture action in our VR tours. In the past, if
any person or object were to move while the shots we're being taken, it
caused major distortion and blurring. So it was not possible to capture
events, until now. We have discovered a method that eliminates this
distortion. It is now possible to photograph events as they occur, with
clarity and precision.
Consider how many people can experience your
eXvr tours.
